Jessica Osborn

As the Hemby ambassador, Jessica Osborn’s role is to advocate for pediatrics at the administrative, clinical and foundation levels. Originally from Pittsburgh, Jessica attended West Virginia Wesleyan College where she played volleyball and studied psychology. She is a certified child life specialist and is clinically trained in the developmental impact of childhood illness and injury. She lives in Charlotte with her husband Matthew, daughter Pepper Jane, and two great Danes, Hedy and Lamarr.

Nichole Burton

Nichole has an extensive background in pharmaceutical sales, event planning, project management, and fundraising. Before joining the foundation team, Nichole was an integral part of Lake Norman Charter’s non-profit organization serving in a leadership capacity.
Nichole graduated with a BA from N.C. A&T State University. She and her husband Joseph are both natives of Charlotte and enjoy volunteering in their community. They currently live in the Huntersville area with their children, Kyle, a recent Maryville College graduate, Julian, who is serving his country in the U.S. Navy, Chloe and Ashton, who both attend Lake Norman Charter. Currently Nichole serves as the Development Program Manager for Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center. She is committed to aligning donors’ passions with Novant Health’s strategic initiatives in the northern market.

Amy McKinney

Amy is a wife, mom and loves a great conversation over a cup of coffee. Growing up in the Midwest fostered her passion for community and dedication to service. Amy has had the privilege to serve professionally with the Iowa Food Bank Association and most recently with ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Amy is thrilled to join the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center Foundation team and is inspired by the work done daily to make healthcare remarkable across the entire Novant Health system. She looks forward to the incredible work yet to be done in partnership with the Novant team, donors and community supporters. Amy received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the University of Northern Iowa and is doing her best daily to raise two brave citizens of the world, Ethan and Finn, alongside her husband, Jimmy.

Justin Trakas

Justin has been with the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center Foundation team for
over two years. He currently manages the foundation’s corporate, annual and employee giving programs. Prior to joining Novant Health, Justin was an assistant director of advancement for arts, sciences and engineering at the University of Rochester. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Winthrop University and a Master of Arts from Duquesne University. Justin lives in Charlotte with his wife, Erin Trakas, MD, a physician at Novant Health and their three sons, Jackson, Greyson and Jones.

Gary Deitemeyer

Gary has been with the PMC Foundation for over two years, having previously worked for the Roc Solid Foundation in Norfolk, VA. He brings his accounting knowledge and past business experiences to the foundation to help serve all aspects of Funds management. Outside of the PMC Foundation, Gary pursues time with his wife Kandi, daughter Zoe and enjoying the journey.

Sarah Henderson

Sarah has been in the non-profit industry for over 5 years, with roles in event management, fundraising and community relations. Before joining the foundation team, Sarah was the American Heart Association. She has a passion for serving in our community and is excited to be a part of the incredible work done throughout the Novant Health system. As development coordinator, she manages the foundation’s third-party funds and serves as logistics coordinator for all foundation events. When Sarah isn’t working, she loves to spend time with her German Shepherd, Chase. Sarah loves to be outdoors, playing sports, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jen Meier

Jen joins the Novant Health Foundation as a part-time contractor to assist in planning Foundation special events, including the Hemby Golf Classic and the Physicians Impact Fund annual fundraising celebration. In addition, Jen is charged with researching, developing and implementing an Annual Fund Campaign for NHPMCF. Jen has been a professional project manager in the Charlotte fundraising community for over 20 years, with experience working with the Arts & Science Council, Queens University of Charlotte, YMCA of Greater Charlotte, Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Jr. League of Charlotte, Theatre Charlotte, and volunteer-led annual and capital campaigns at CMS schools, athletics and her church. Jen and her husband are both graduates of Appalachian State University; her son is attending ASU this fall, and daughter is a Myers Park High School sophomore.

Jaya Naresh

Jaya Naresh has over 19 years of professional experience in banking, insurance, hospitality management, real estate, staffing and healthcare management. She has extensive experience in business development and client management. Naresh grew up in India in a military family. She moved to the U.S. after getting married. She is a positive, enthusiastic, cheerful and caring person who loves to enjoy simple things in life. She is excited to start a new chapter in her life with Presbyterian Medical Center Foundation.
