Novant Health Foundation’ philanthropic efforts inspire giving that supports programs and initiatives having direct patient impact. The Novant Health network consists of more than 2,400 physicians and over 37,000 employees that provide care at more than 800 locations, including 18 medical centers and hundreds of outpatient facilities and physician clinics. Headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Novant Health is committed to making health care remarkable for patients and communities, serving more than 5 million patients annually.

Our regional foundations focus on the critical needs in five areas: Infants and Children, Cancer, Heart and Vascular, Stroke and Neurosciences, Research and Education and Other Causes.

Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center Foundation

Our purpose is to raise awareness and funding for Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center to benefit our team members and patients. Our top fundraising initiative is the Emergency Room Expansion capital campaign to create a separate eight-bed wing for behavioral health patients, which will reduce wait times and aid in keeping patients safe. Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center Foundation

Our purpose is to raise awareness and funding for Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, Huntersville Medical Center, Matthews Medical Center, Mint Hill Medical Center, Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital and Hemby Children’s Hospital to benefit team members and patients. Our top fundraising initiative supports the future state-of-the-art John M. and Claudia W. Belk Heart and Vascular Institute and Edward I. and Agnes B. Weisiger Cancer Institute, which will enhance patient centered care, improve accessibility, increase affordability, improve care coordination and provide evidence-based care to heart and vascular and cancer patients in one of the fastest growing areas in the nation. Other priority fundraising initiatives include Hemby Children’s Hospital renovations, Huntersville Medical Center Pediatric Emergency Room and Cancer Center campaign and behavioral health and neuroscience initiatives. Our purpose is to raise awareness and funding for Novant Health Thomasville Medical Center to benefit team members and patients. Our top fundraising initiative is the Health and Wellness Education Center campaign, which will offer behavioral health, chronic disease management, occupational health and physical therapy services to the Thomasville community as well as serve as a community link to support patient navigation and follow-up.
