Make A Difference in the Life of a Team Member

Your gift today through the employee emergency fund (EEF) provides vital support to Novant Health team members struggling with unforeseen financial crisis. Your generosity provides food, clothing, shelter and other life necessities to help team members and their families through some of their toughest times.

For every $500 given, another team member can worry less about putting food on the table and keeping the lights on. Consider giving today to support team members in your local community.

Your Gift Matters

Through the employee emergency fund, you provide resources and assistance to team members in your local community.

“You never know whom you’re going to be helping,” says Paul Turney, manager of the employee assistance program. “It might be somebody you work side-by-side with. It may be somebody you don’t even know. You don’t have to look very far to see that there are people who are hurting and could use some support.”
